I currently welcome adult clients and couples, as well as children and adolescents ages 10 and up. I am dedicated to honouring each individual's unique identity, integrity and dignity. My approach is rooted in empathy, compassion and a direct yet non-judgmental attitude, fostering emotional safety and personal growth. Through a strong therapeutic alliance, I offer responsive, insightful, and skilled support, tailoring methods to each client’s unique needs. I aim to equip clients with skills and knowledge to spark positive transformations that improve their well-being.
I am trained in cognitive‑behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems therapy, attachment-focused interventions and mindfulness, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress with a trauma‑informed approach. I am also certified in Level 1 and Level 2 of the Gottman Method for relationship and marital concerns.
By prioritizing the best interest of my clients, I aim to enhance their self-awareness, resilience, and effective coping strategies, empowering clients to lead more fulfilling lives. As a bilingual practitioner fluent in Cantonese and English, with an understanding of diverse cultures, I support clients in expressing themselves in their preferred language.
