I have been a social worker/therapist since 1983/98 and have extensive experience with providing individual, couple and family therapy. I worked with Eastern Health in both addictions and trauma treatment until 2017 and now work at Memorial University.
I have been in private practice on a part time basis since 2001. I strive to maintain my expertise with continuing professional education. My goal in therapy is always to help people sort out their priorities and work towards their specific goals. The approach is centered on the person I am working with and my extensive experience allows me to develop individualized interventions.

You can change that by completing Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidence based approach that can adjusted to your personal preferences. I offer a safe space to discuss your thoughts and emotions with an option for treatment to address your stuck points.
