We provide psychotherapy to support emotional distress, but not limited to anxiety, lack of motivation, sadness or depression, grief, feeling overwhelmed, feeling stuck in your life and relationship issues. Specializing in children, youth, families, anxiety, depression, relationships, and mental health challenges, I practice with a genuine, compassionate, and culturally sensitive approach. My theoretical approaches are tailored to clients' needs and include Strength-Based, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Christian Faith-Based Therapy.
