I believe it's always possible, for each and every one of us, to reconnect with our strengths, joys, values, and desires, even in times when we feel stuck, when life feels really hard: when it's difficult to see the meaning in our lives, when feelings of regret outweigh feelings of acceptance, when shame and anxiety hold us back from engaging with ourselves and our loved ones. Narrative, Person-Centered, Somatic, Internal Family Systems, and Existential Therapies, among others, inform my practice model. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and anti-racist. I'm passionate about supporting people as they heal from experiences such as racial trauma, workplace trauma, uncoupling, attachment wounds, and grief and bereavement.
