As a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor (of other therapists with CRPO and OCSWSSW), I am committed to helping people who are experiencing low mood, fear and anxiety, abuse, illness, stressors and losses. Often, people who have experienced serious challenges from childhood end up subconsciously repeating patterns from the past. These can bring about relationship problems, grief, substance dependance, illness, nightmares, low mood, anxiety, panic and work related concerns. I hold certifications in Advanced Trauma, PTSD and Dissociation Therapy; Gottman Method Couples Therapy as well as several psychotherapy models such as IFS, CBT, Narrative, EFFT and ACT. I am happy to work together with you on your priorities and at your pace.
