I help women all across Ontario and Quebec using EMDR or Hypnotherapy, Hypnotherapy can help you achieve your weight loss goal, free yourself from emotional eating, generalized or performance anxiety, insomnia, fears, phobias, pain management, and more. EMDR is a very focused trauma therapy approach to free yourself from their fears and anxieties caused by past dramatic experiences and help you make peace with your past. My clients come to me because they have been longing for change but know how to achieve it, and have seen great results with Hypnotherapy or EMDR Trauma Therapy.
No matter what your past traumatic experience has been or how it has affected you, I am a patient and supportive therapist.
