I work with otherwise psychologically healthy women in Ottawa and Montreal using Hypnotherapy for low self esteem, limiting beliefs and poor body image, phobias, performance anxiety, emotional eating, loss of motivation to lose weight or exercise, as well as Regression Hypnosis and Counselling for women who want to explore past memories or experiences in order to gain clarity or resolution on a pre-occupying subject. I also include EMDR if a client needs help freeing themselves from anxiety triggers or lingering fears related to past trauma. Fees listed below are for a 90 minute Hypnotherapy session.
Hypnotherapy and EMDR are focused approaches that help you access the wisdom that lies hidden in your subconscious mind and eliminate the residues of trauma. Both require very few sessions and are very cost effective compared to traditional talk therapies. I use a software platform for EMDR that is helpful for either in person and virtual sessions.
My mission is to help you learn how to empower yourself in achieving your personal goals of inner and outer transformation. My clients often say that our sessions are powerful and moving experiences and I am known for being genuine, honest, and empathetic. Please note I am not a clinical psychologist and do not work with mental illness.
