Grief support that honours your holistic experience. Welcome, I'm Maux. I work with diverse clients, many of whom identify as neurodivergent, creative, queer, and who are navigating grief, loss, trauma, and other challenges life can bring. I am a relational therapist, and hold the belief that healing happens in relationship. I welcome you, all of you, to join me in a supportive space of exploration and growth.
I have advanced training in Somatic Experiencing (SEP), a trauma therapy that equips us to work with trauma and the nervous system. I am a queer, white, cisgender woman, and I strive to work in a client-centred, anti-oppressive, and neuro-affirming way. I walk alongside clients in ways that support ease, autonomy, connection, and healing.
I believe silence can be sacred and laughter can be healing. I welcome new clients to book a free 20-minute consultation to see if my style and approach are a good fit for you.
