Using imagination to explore the body-mind-Spirit relationships, you'll be able to develop your own somatic understanding of your sensations to grow more confident and stable in your own needs and desires.
I use the creative arts therapies and the notion of "parts" to welcome and give warmth and autonomy to what wants to be expressed. Many people suffer from a sense of disconnection from the Earth and their sense of place in this world. It is my joy to remind you how much you belong, and discover what this means to you.
