I work with individuals across all stages of life — including adults, teens, and parents. A significant part of my practice is young men in their 20s and 30s. Roughly 82% of counsellors in Canada are women. I am grateful to be in this minority providing support for those looking for a male counsellor.

Most of us can understand how our childhood impacted the way we live as adults, but this doesn’t change anything. Insights are not what therapy is about.
