About
My psychotherapy approach is growth oriented, and focuses on helping clients develop insight and take action that leads to greater fulfillment, satisfaction and ease in their lives. I work with clients experiencing a variety of forms of psychological and interpersonal distress, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues and sexual concerns.
I bring an engaged, curious and easy-going approach to sessions, and share reflections and ideas in order to offer clients new perspectives. I use a variety of evidence based therapy models including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. My clinical practice is trauma informed, queer friendly and sex positive.
I currently see clients virtually and in person at my clinic in Queen West. I am currently accepting new clients. Please get in touch to learn more about the services I provide and how I might be able to help.
