Through my own experience living with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) I have a deep understanding of how the fearful thoughts and compulsive behaviors can take over one’s life. Personal transformation is possible when we can commit and are willing to go into the uncomfortable feelings/thoughts. I will provide you with the necessary support and guidance to help you live the life that is based on your values and goals.
Working as a first-responder for the past 13 years has fueled my passion for mental health. I understand that collectively and individually we are going through a lot of change at this point in time. It is my mission to assist individuals to discover their inherent happiness, peace, and resilience.
