Matthew utilizes an eclectic & integrative psychotherapeutic approach and helps you rediscover your "wise" self to build your capacity to manage mental wellness, so it is not managing you.
Matthew is a basic accelerated resolution therapy (ART) trained therapist, whose practice is guided through a polyvagal and trauma-informed lens. Matthew teaches you nervous system regulation and offers non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation using microcurrent to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which provides a wide range of restorative benefits.
Matthew is known for his dad jokes and "Mattaphors" and loves to bring humour into his sessions. He is also known for creating a safe space where you have choice and control within your therapy and healing journey.
