As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I support clients of all ages facing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions. I draw on evidence-based approaches to help individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I provide therapy and assessments for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My integrative approach draws on CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. I also offer detailed psychological assessments to support accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
