About
Life can have way of disconnecting us from what matters to us, leaving us feeling anxious, depressed, and unfulfilled. It’s easy to feel stuck, hopeless, and adrift, but change is possible. Sometimes it takes deliberate, meaningful steps forward. Sometimes, we just need someone to hear our story and validate how we feel. Sometimes we need tools to cope with hard emotions, and other times we need to hear the crucial information those feelings are trying to tell us. Wherever you’re at, I’m here to help.
You and the challenges you face are unique, so a one-size-fits-all approach will only take you so far. I am trained and experienced in many forms of therapy, and have worked in many different settings - including medical offices, walk-in clinics, and youth counselling centres - which allows me to be flexible and work in a way that is tailored to you.
We all have the strengths and resources we need to change, but sometimes we can use some help. That’s what I’m here for - to hear your story, help you reconnect with your strengths and values, and to celebrate each step forward. Give me a call, an email, or book a free consultation at the website link on this page. I look forward to working with you.
