I started working as a therapist after a career as a university professor, which is where I discovered a passion for helping people navigate the challenging thoughts, feelings, and experiences that life presents. I work with adults and young adults dealing with a wide range of concerns, including symptoms of anxiety, depression, experiences of trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues involving romantic partners, family members, and colleagues.
My therapeutic approach focuses on building a warm and collaborative relationship in which you feel safe, valued, and free to discuss anything and everything you want. Working together, we will explore your challenges and use evidence-based forms of support that are appropriate to your unique needs and goals.
