Maternal Health Niagara is here to support you during this chapter of your life. You are not alone. We will process and reflect on your story in therapy to promote healing. We will develop strategies that are authentic to your needs and feel realistic. It would be our honour to be part of your circle of support. The clinic owner, Emily brings 18 years of experience in the field and my motherhood journey.

My clinical experience includes advanced training in perinatal mental health, EMDR, Flash, attachment, IFS-informed, and trauma. My approach is rooted in the therapeutic relationship of nurturing, attunement, & authenticity. I'm comfortable sitting in vulnerability, guiding you through it, & trusting the process to take us in the right direction for you.

During my motherhood journey, I experienced service gaps and was determined to make a change. I opened Maternal Health Niagara (2017) to create a space for individuals to receive specialized care and build their circle of support.
