Some days are harder than others, some periods in life are more challenging. Do you feel angry, overwhelmed or stuck because of the world around you? Are you unsure of what comes next? Do you feel unheard or unseen? Therapy may not change the world, (not all at once, anyway) but together we can build up your strength, skills, and resilience, so that you can confidently shape your own future. Are you trapped in a cycle that feels self-destructive or stagnant? Is it difficult to find meaning or purpose in this life? Or, perhaps the challenges of ADHD feel like weights on your limbs, making so many tasks harder than they should be?

We can explore anxiety, stress, fear, doubt, ADHD, and limiting beliefs. The only way out is through, but you do not need to do it alone. We may be in for a tougher future, but can prepare for tougher times. The question is; Who do you want to be, when it truly matters? I also work with the unique experience of 'giftedness' and neurodivergence.

Sometimes we just need to say it out loud, or to have someone challenge us on what we believe, we may need someone to help "shake the tree" to see what comes loose.
