Our brains are not designed to make us happy, they are designed to keep us alive, and in our noisy, chaotic, erratic world, sometimes this can be quite far from 'happy'. We are complex, social creatures, and knowing ourselves better can help us to understand how we respond to the world around us, and help us to take charge of our response. Perhaps the big questions ("Why am I here?", "What's the point?", "What now?") are keeping you awake. Maybe stress with relationships, work, or family feels overwhelming. Let us explore whatever is on your mind. We are all in this together, and I am here to help.

Anxiety, depression, work stress, isolation, relationships, family, ADHD, anger management and emotional regulation are some areas we can explore together. We can tackle the existential questions that hold us up. We can look at what things outside of ourselves are creating the stressors that we feel inside of ourselves.

If you are ready to challenge yourself, and to grow, reach out. Consultations are free. My door is open, I am ready when you are. Sometimes we just need to say it out loud, or to have someone challenge us on what we believe, we may need someone to help "shake the tree" to see what comes loose.
