In my practice I offer a variety of relational, somatic, psychotherapeutic and cognitive approaches individualized to you and your goals. A good therapeutic alliance is a crucial element in any therapeutic work, and with this I endeavour to connect, human to human. In my years of experience in mental health field I have applied this lens to working with personal growth, trauma, addiction in remission, anxiety, grief, depression, self-esteem, family and relationship conflict, struggles with immigration and racial identity.
The 13th century Persian poet Saadi says: "Human Beings are members of a whole, in creation of one essence and soul, if one member is inflicted with pain, other members uneasy will remain". To me this reflects our interconnectivity as human beings. With this I place emphasis on healing from past experiences as essential to connecting with our authentic self.
