Thank you for considering me in your search for a therapist. I believe the most meaningful therapy is grounded in collaboration, trust, and a genuine client-therapist relationship. I strive to keep a practice that is authentic, transparent, and honours the courage it takes to walk through the door. My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centred and narrative methodologies as well as my lived experience as a queer, neurodiverse, and transgender person. Above all, I aim to offer a warm, inclusive space built for collaboration, conversation, and self-exploration.
I provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My practice centres on supporting clients navigating (but never limited to): gender identity, sexual orientation, anxiety and depression, grief, stress, neurodiversity, self-esteem, life transitions, and the relationships that shape us.
