Thank you for considering me in your search for a therapist. It is my belief that the most meaningful therapy is grounded in collaboration, trust, and the client-therapist rapport. I strive to maintain a practice that is authentic, transparent, and honours the courage it takes to arrive in therapy. My approach is integrative and often draws from both person-centred and narrative methodologies as well as my lived experience as a queer, neurodiverse, and transgender person. I strive to create a warm and inclusive space that fosters collaboration, discussion and self-exploration.
I provide individual psychotherapy services to children, adolescents and adults. My practice is centred on supporting clients with questions and concerns related to (but not exclusively): gender identity, sexual orientation, anxiety and depression, grief, stress, neurodiversity, self-esteem, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.
