I am a somatic and attachment-based therapist, working with adults and youth who are navigating grief, cultural adjustment, and relationship challenges. With lived experience across countries and cultures, I understand the complexities of life changes and third-culture identity. I support clients in strengthening their relationships, improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and healing both in connection with others and within themselves. In addition, my background in sport informs my work with high-performance environments, helping clients manage pressure, identity shifts, and performance-related stress.

My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic techniques, attachment theory, parts work, and trauma-informed care. I draw on my trainings and experience in sport psychology to support clients managing pressure and motivation, grief therapy and polyvagal theory.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to each client’s needs. I also offer sessions in both English and Russian, having a deep appreciation for how language shapes connection.
