I am truly an integrative counsellor. What this means is that I am more concerned with what you personally need as an individual, couple, or family, than I am about following a particular counselling theory. I will utilize whatever I believe will benefit you the most from each of them.
I have a keen understanding & heart for people that enables me to help both individuals & couples gain insight into areas where they are struggling, address their key concerns, incorporate the changes & skills they need so they can truly "heal from the inside out", & effect positive change in their lives & relationships.
