I’m a clinical psychologist who supports adults through the messiness of being human, whether that means anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or finding your sense of self again. I offer both psychotherapy and psychodiagnostic assessments, including ADHD and autism evaluation. I’m especially drawn to working with individuals who carry the impact of early relational trauma — including emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, neglect, and experiences of abandonment. I draw on research about how our relationships shape us, how emotions guide us, and how the brain can rewire itself, even after painful experiences.
I believe that healing occurs within safe, attuned relationships where emotions are met with empathy, curiosity, and presence. I focus on creating conditions where the nervous system can experience moments of rest, safety, and regulation. Drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies, I tailor a process that fits you.
I warmly welcome individuals from all walks of life, and I am committed to offering a therapeutic space that is inclusive, affirming, and responsive to each person’s unique nervous system, identity, culture, and lived experience. If any part of this resonates with you, I’d be glad to connect for a free consult and see if we’re a good fit.
