About
I recognize that reaching out for support can be challenging, that life transitions can be overwhelming, that anxiety can be burdensome, and that stress can leave one feeling emotionally and physically drained. For this reason, I acknowledge how important it is to offer therapy that is client-centred, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s goals and needs.
Whether you are looking for a safe space to talk, develop tools to manage challenges, or work on self-discovery and exploration, I am here to listen and help. This is a place of healing, to share, express emotion, and work towards growth and empowerment.
As an intern at RMHA, I provide therapy with a cultural understanding of immigrant and ethnic backgrounds. I use a non-judgemental approach to apply concepts from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed, Narrative Therapy (NT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Adlerian Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy.
