I am a registered psychologist with over two decades of experience working with general, clinical, and neurodivergent populations. I offer individual and couples counselling to clients experiencing major life events or transitions, job concerns, relationship difficulties, or health issues who wish to increase their self-awareness, communication, and coping skills. I offer therapeutic and diagnostic assessment services to adults and emerging adults living with diagnosed or suspected autism, ADHD, learning disability, brain injury, neurodegenerative conditions, intellectual giftedness, and a wide range of mental health concerns.
I counsel individuals using a variety of techniques tailored to client individual needs and goals. I provide a safe and collaborative space to explore feelings of worry, frustration, fear, anxiety, and grief while embracing diversity and authenticity. I help clients better understand, cope, and advocate for their needs.
As an assessor, I combine history, test data, and observation within the context of lived experience, abilities, and goals to formulate meaningful recommendations to help clients meet their potential. I am expert at analyzing abilities to pursue additional training and formulating academic and work accommodation plans to maximize conditions for success.
