Hey! Welcome! Just in looking at your options on Psychology today, you've taken the first step in figuring out... well, your next steps! Life can be really overwhelming sometimes, and even just sourcing where that overwhelm comes from can be a challenge. Whether its tough stuff you've had to go through, a person in your life causing pain, or worry about the future, I want to help you process these experiences and develop concrete strategies to step into tomorrow with hope, positivity, and purpose. Please note that I only work virtually at this time (phone or video services).
I work with individuals of all ages to learn more about themselves, discuss that tough stuff, and work on ways that we can improve well-being. In order to do this, I use techniques I've been trained in that can include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and more!
I'd love to hear more about your story and to see if working with one another may help meet your needs. I am currently only working virtually as a means to offer low-cost and sliding scale options to clients. Please connect with me by email or with Oakwell Mental Health by phone to hear more about what options are available for you today!
