Beginning therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone. In our sessions, you’ll find a warm, accepting space where you can show up exactly as you are—no need to mask, minimize, or perform. My approach is collaborative and integrative, meaning we’ll work together at your pace to explore what matters most to you.
I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy to tailor our work to your unique goals and strengths. I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and families.
As both a therapist and a parent of neurodivergent young adults, I understand the challenges of navigating systems that often don’t fit—and I strive to offer a neuro-affirming, compassionate space where differences are celebrated.
It would be my privilege to support you on your journey toward healing, self-understanding, and growth.
