I support adults struggling with the impact of trauma (sexual, physical, psychological, racial etc.), depression, anxiety and other anxiety related concerns (panic attacks, social anxiety, OCD, phobias). My approach to care is collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed, strength-based and culturally sensitive.
I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental space that facilitates unique exploration, healing and empowerment. Using different evidence-based therapeutic techniques (EMDR, CPT, CBT, SFBT, DBT, ACT), I'll work in collaboration with you to develop a unique plan to help resolve presenting concerns.
