I specialize working with adults and seniors experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as those living with Alzheimer's disease/dementias, including their caregivers and family members. I have been formally trained in EMDR, CBT, ACT and DBT while also using other therapies to match your needs, values and goals throughout therapy.
