I recognize that it may be difficult to speak to someone about your concerns - know that my job is to listen and help but never to judge. I work with teens and adults, to support all of life's challenges ranging from low self esteem, lack of confidence, suicidal ideation, shame, self harm, anxiety, depression and life adjustment. I use EMDR, CBT, IFS, and narrative therapy to support my clients. In sessions with me, you can expect genuineness, humor, and compassion as we practice different strategies. I approach therapy the way I want my therapist to be there for me, from a place of equality and guided discovery together.
As a Psychologist diagnosed with ADHD, I take pride in my ability to support others who are feeling isolated, different, or feel they are not measuring up to those they compare themselves too. We will work together to lower any shame and harmful self-criticism, and help you find meaning in life.
When working together, I hope to offer you a space where you will be supported and seen. Come as you are, and you will be accepted. When not in the office, I fill my bucket by playing volleyball, gaming, crafting, and exploring dog parks with my pup Sansa. I am currently accepting clients Monday-Friday between 7:30am-3pm, but can be flexible.
