Groups
Autism/ADHD Support Group

This group run every Monday from 4:30pm to 5:30pm (autism), also another group from 6pm to 7pm (ADHD). Individuals who have symptoms of Autism and ADHD are welcome to join, so are family members or significant others who are trying to cope with the clients' symptoms. It focuses on knowledge sharing and experience sharing to help group members to support each other, education and advice will be provided as deemed fit. This group may be conducted in-person or online (visual or audio) depending on the needs of the group members.

This group is for adults who have symptoms of Eating Disorder whether they have been diagnosed or not. Focus on members sharing and supporting each other while Information may be provided as deemed fit. This group is for individual adults who have been through some relationship issues and would like to improve their relational skills and ability to be intimate. Group members may share their experiences, and education will be provided as deemed beneficial.
