I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Together, we'll go beyond coping skills and work at the root of what's keeping you stuck, so you can create the lasting change you're looking for. What I love most about my work is supporting people as they experience lasting healing and begin to feel more like themselves again; calmer, more confident, more hopeful, and able to enjoy their relationships and life again. This is meaningful for me.

With 14+ years of experience, I use Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-based approach to healing trauma, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps people understand and heal the parts of themselves that may be carrying pain. My approach is warm, compassionate, and personalized. I offer therapy in English and French for people from diverse backgrounds.
