With over 7 years of experience working with individuals with developmental, intellectual and learning disabilities, I know everyone moves at their own pace and that is okay! If you are facing problems that seem too big to handle on your own, we can work together to find solutions that work for you.
Using a trauma-informed, strengths based and client centred approach, we will work to address what is happening in your life and how you can make the changes you feel are necessary. Every client comes to therapy as the expert of their own experiences, my role is to provide insight and a non-judgemental and supportive space for you to grow and succeed.
