As a client-centered, strengths-based therapist, I specialize in guiding clients through the ups and downs of life, relationships and transitions. My practice is built on trust, collaboration, acceptance, compassion and professionalism. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients to uncover, discover, recover and create healthy coping patterns, strategies and tools to effectively deal with day-to-day problems and complex issues.
By creating a safe environment for clients to feel supported to move forward through their life challenges. I recognize the significance of the decision to enter a counselling relationship. I am respectful of the fact that many people feel lost, stuck, overwhelmed, discouraged and lacking trust in their inherent strengths.
