Sometimes we have a profound sense that the way we have been moving through our lives doesn't fit anymore. I offer a 'no fee' 1 hour Introductory Session so that you can see if I am the right therapist for you. I work with Individuals and Couples age 18 and up.
'Planned obsolescence' is the norm in our society and this can get extended to our relationships.There are times when it's better to part ways and times when we give up too quickly. Couples therapy provides clarity by defining negative relationship cycles and offering new ways for a couple to communicate.
Individual psychotherapy provides a place to explore experiences of self/other and the opportunity to live differently. My work with clients for the last 17 yrs (psychotherapy field for past 25) and my previous career (25+ yrs. in the arts) provide me a richness of understanding to respond to the unique individual that is you.
