It's courageous to recognize that you or your child may benefit from support. I am privileged to continue guiding children from a Neurodivergent-affirming, connection-first and child-friendly model. A strong focus of my work is empowering youth to find their voice and notice strengths, by modeling the empathy, encouragement, and compassion that everyone deserves. I work with children 1-1 to explore, visualize and create actionable supports that feel doable and meaningful . Are you curious, what if such a journey led to more awareness and acceptance of self, relationship connections, and/or feeling good ? Trying may be worth a shot.
20 years as a Special Ed. Teacher has led me to my truest passion; working with youth to adults to create a greater love for self. I use positive, integrative and relational techniques to foster skills of self-belief, mindfulness and strength. I help people to lean into what they WANT and what feels good using high-interest, hands-on and meaningful tools.
What really matters to you? What do you want to feel? What is standing in the way? If you want tools for managing emotions, communicating needs, or coping through overwhelm, I'm here. Step by step, we can practice the self-talk, mindset and actions that create positive change and happiness for you. I look forward to connecting with you via email.
