Almost all of us eventually have to work through something really hard. We need help finding our way to emotional health and personal contentment. I work with individuals and couples to rebuild relationships, understand and negotiate conflict, manage debilitating sadness, guilt, anger, anxiety, and general dis-ease. I can help you discover how you unconsciously sabotage what you say you want, and help you get what you yearn for most deeply. We have profound resources inside of us that sometimes get squished, and in a non-judgmental environment of warmth, openness and skilled inquiry, we can learn how to Live Life Better.
I am a registered psychotherapist, trained in EMDR, - a well-researched methodology, considered to be best practice for treating Trauma, as well as working through small 't' trauma which we have all experienced. I have also been trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems) which is helpful in discovering, validating, healing and transforming our many 'parts'.
