I work well with folks who have long-standing issues, trauma, and/or interpersonal challenges. You may have a diagnosis of depression, anxiety, PTSD or a personality disorder. An integral part of how I approach therapy is the development of a safe and trusting relationship between you and I, where you can feel comfortable to show up as yourself. Together we will explore how you face reality, your intrapsychic world and the experiences that have shaped it.
With over ten years of experience creating meaningful therapeutic relationships that lead to lasting changes, I take a trauma-informed approach, integrating psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, somatic, and existential theories to increase self-awareness, healing, and growth. I work well with those with complicated family backgrounds and complex trauma.
