I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, exploring how earlier experiences and unconscious patterns shape present-day struggles. Before becoming a therapist, I had a career in the corporate and nonprofit world and understand the pressures of maintaining a sustainable work life balance while wanting to be successful.
