I love working with people who want to change and evolve; even though they may feel stuck or forced into a specific stage in life they know they want to go through it with support, grace or acceptance for an healthier outcome.
My passion areas include grief and loss (including death and non-death matters; health status, break-up/divorce, job or pet loss), and life transitions (age and stage of life changes; self-work, identity, and/or relationship dynamics). Currently my clientele are 16ys+, adults or older adults (65ys+).
I aim to provide an unbiased, safe and genuinely supportive space for clients to navigate the unknown of life's transitions. I believe support needs to be flexible and unique to the client, not cookie-cutter efforts. Rapport is key the a successful therapeutic connection and I want my clients to feel comfortable.
If a client is brave enough to ask for help, as a clinician I'm honored to meet them where they are and share my knowledge, skills, and experiences. I recognize some clients have no or poor experience with therapy thus I feel it is important to understand the process, choices they have and essentially manage expectations along the way.
