I work with clients of various background such as veterans and individuals who have experienced traumatic events, and clients who are curious about somatic psychotherapeutic approaches (mind-body connection). My clients are often looking for a deeper exploration of unmet needs and resolution of symptoms stemming from various challenging experiences throughout their lives.
I am a trained EMDR therapist who mainly focuses on the integration of the mind-body connection. Traditional talk therapy is often rooted in exploration of the mind and thoughts, I am interested in expanding of those connections by exploring the body responses and expressions as I support that trauma is held in the body.
