I have been fortunate enough to find my passion in working with and helping others. Connecting with a therapist is a challenging first step, but it is often the first step towards discovery, growth, and change. I aspire to create a safe and comfortable space for clients to uncover their resiliency and explore skills that help them increase their ability to cope with life difficulties. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy for a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, self-esteem, domestic violence, communication problems, stress management, and life transitions.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and use an integrative approach, which is similar to using a toolbox with various types of therapeutic models including Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Gottman’s Couple Therapy model, and Mindfulness-Based therapy.

I am very flexible and understand that it can be difficult to reach out for help. Thus, I offer in-home client visits to make the process easier as I understand that it is often difficult to find child care, or it may be challenging to leave the home. Clients can also visit me at my office in Mississauga or Oakville.
