We won't try to change who you are—instead, we’ll work on reconnecting you with the person you've always been.
I support individuals, couples and families experiencing ADHD/neurodivergence, OCD, depression, anger concerns, burnout, grief, parenting stress, relationship conflict, separation, family estrangement, and risk-related concerns. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EFT, Gottman Method, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Family Therapy.
Therapy is a space to explore, grow, and work towards change. I take a client-centered approach and strive to be approachable and relatable as we work toward your goals.
