My focus and background includes working with; ADHD and emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, OCD, Exposure Response Prevention, mood disorders, grief, communication, marital/relationships, parent coaching and family dynamics. Grounded in evidence based principles, utilizing CBT, Emotionally Focused therapy, DBT, ACT, Gottman method and family systems.
With a client-centered, collaborative approach, we turn insight and awareness into meaningful change beyond the therapy room.
