We are a well established practice providing confidential, sensitive, personalized psychological and counselling services for adults, teens, children, families, and couples in Nova Scotia and beyond. We provide assessment, treatment, and relapse prevention services. As we are a group of clinicians with various training we offer multiple evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Approaches include EMDR, DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Marriage and Family Therapy (including Gottman and Systems approaches), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and various Trauma Based Therapies.
