We are a well established practice providing confidential, sensitive, personalized psychological and counselling services for adults, teens, children, families and couples in Nova Scotia and beyond. We provide assessment, treatment and relapse prevention services. As we are a group of clinicians with various training we offer evidence based multiple therapeutic techniques. Approaches include EMDR, DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Marriage and Family Therapy (including Gottman and Systems approaches), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and various Trauma Based Therapies.
