I have been working in Social services for over 30 years; over 20 in private practice. I enjoy using the eclectic combinations of modalities that I have learned. In general I find that as humans, our minds cause us a great deal of suffering. Learning to understand our minds so that we can change the negative scripts that keep us stuck in the same patterns is the greatest gift I have to offer.
