Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but they can also become painful when communication breaks down, conflict repeats, or emotional distance grows. Many couples find themselves stuck in cycles where the same arguments keep happening, intimacy feels difficult, or both partners feel misunderstood or disconnected. I work with couples to understand the emotional patterns and interaction cycles that develop over time. Rather than focusing only on surface level conflict, we explore the underlying needs, vulnerabilities, and attachment dynamics that shape how partners respond to one another.
Couples often come to therapy facing challenges such as communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, trust concerns, or differences in intimacy and desire. Together, we slow these patterns down and work toward greater emotional safety, understanding, and connection between partners.
My approach integrates EFT, attachment-based work, trauma-informed care, and sex therapy perspectives. Therapy offers a structured, supportive space where both partners can feel heard while learning new ways to communicate and reconnect. My goal is to help couples step out of reactive cycles and build a more secure and fulfilling relationship.
