I support adults healing from family dynamics and relational patterns that lead to anxiety, disconnection, and chronic self-criticism. Many of the people I work with feel physically and emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, and hard on themselves despite doing their best. They want to feel calmer, more grounded, and able to show up fully in their lives without the past running the show.

I help clients loosen the hold their past has on their present so they can feel more choice, steadiness, and self-trust. Through EMDR and mind-body approaches, we work to calm your nervous system, process emotional overwhelm, quiet the inner critic, and create a greater sense of safety within yourself.
