Whether you're seeking therapy to address a specific challenge or to generally develop a deeper understanding of yourself, it'd be my honour to support your journey toward wellbeing, self-understanding and personal growth. With seven years of experience, I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns such as stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, emotional eating, trauma, ADHD and insomnia. I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood and cared for as you explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences.
I integrate cognitive, emotional and somatic processing and I show up with curiosity, compassion and acceptance. My work draws on mindfulness, internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. I work in a way that is trauma and attachment-informed & grounded in anti-oppression and anti-racism.
