My approach to therapy can help you recover from traumatic events and find relief from the crippling anxieties, depression, and feelings of being overwhelmed that can follow. I an support those who are grieving losses. I help people who feel marginalized, invisible, or unaccepted in life. I help people who feel like they're living in a world that doesn't accept or understand you or your needs.
I work with diverse populations: young people, Indigenous peoples, gender and sexual diversity, different abilities and neurodiversity. I help people find their authentic selves, find new skills, process painful experiences, work through complex trauma, and provide stabilization after crisis. I offer support for parents who's kiddos are struggling.
It can be painful and scary to either go through or watch someone you love not doing or feeling well. Being in distress can lead to isolation, conflict, mental health problems, feelings of hopelessness, and so much more. Parenting is also hard. I am here to provide a calming and peaceful space for people to find themselves and their pathway to wellness.
