My approach to therapy can help you recover from traumatic events and find relief from the crippling anxiety, depression, and feelings of being overwhelmed that can follow. I help people who are grieving losses espcially those caused by the drug crises affecting our communities. I help people who may feel marginalized, invisible, or unaccepted in life? I help people who feel like they're living in a world that doesn't accept or understand you or your needs?
I work with diverse populations: young people, Indigenous peoples, gender and sexual diversity, different abilities and neurodiversity. I help people find their authentic selves, find new skills, process painful experiences, work through complex trauma, and provide stabilization after crisis. I offer consultation, advocacy and emotional support for parents.
It can be painful and scary to either go through or watch someone you love not doing or feeling well. Being in distress can lead to isolation, conflict, mental health problems, feelings of hopelessness, and so much more. Parenting is also hard. I am here to provide a calming and peaceful space for people to find themselves and their pathway to wellness.
