My goal is to help people find their way to the life they hope they could have. Perhaps you've been through traumatic experiences. Are you having a hard time coping right now? Are you trying to find your true self? Maybe you're feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed? Do you experience panic attacks or crippling social anxiety that leaves you isolated and alone? Do you have a hard time getting to school, job, or even just doing the things you like to do? Is your self-esteem or confidence low, leaving you scared to do the things you want to do? Do you feel so overwhelmed or numb you self-harm or have thoughts suicide?
I work with diverse populations: young people, Indigenous peoples, gender and sexual diversity, different abilities and neurodiversity. I help people find their authentic selves, find new skills, process painful experiences, work through complex trauma, and provide stabilization after crisis. I offer consultation, advocacy and emotional support for parents.
It can be painful and scary to either go through or watch someone you love not doing or feeling well. Being in distress can lead to isolation, conflict, mental health problems, feelings of hopelessness, and so much more. Parenting is also hard. I am here to provide a calming and peaceful space for people to find themselves and their pathway to wellness.
