My clients are adults who feel stuck with longstanding patterns they have not been able to fully explain or change. They may struggle with attention, procrastination, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, emotional regulation, social exhaustion, burnout, or repeated relationship difficulties. I help by clarifying what is driving the problem, using clinical interviews, standardized measures where appropriate, and practical treatment planning focused on realistic next steps.
I offer CBT, ERP, ACT and DBT-informed therapy, couples therapy, and formal assessment: ADHD, autism and OCD screenings, comprehensive adult ADHD assessments, and a focused personality and interpersonal patterns assessment. Please note I offer autism screening only, not full diagnostic assessment. Fees for each option are listed below.
Reaching out can feel uncertain, especially when the problem has been building for a long time. I aim to offer a careful, respectful space where we can make sense of what is happening and build practical strategies. The simplest way to start is to use the online booking link on my website, or you are welcome to email me with questions.
